JUSTICE COURT CLERK PCT. 1:
DEPARTMENT: JUSTICE OF THE PEACE PCT. 1, JUDGE RITA CARRASCO
APPLICATION DEADLINE: SEPTEMBER 12, 2025, 4:00 PM,
Applications can be picked up at the Treasurer’s Office, 105 W Broadway and returned to Judge Rita Carrasco at 704 W. Broadway.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Provides support to the Judge, Chief Clerk, attorneys, and other officers of the court. Manages court records, distributes orders of the court, collects payments for citations.
EXPERIENCE: Knowledge and understanding of court clerk duties, court processes and procedures, jury selection, bail procedures, and case management techniques; legal terminology and concepts; basic accounting practices and procedures; and data processing concepts.

Ability to: communicate effectively, verbally and in writing; establish and maintain effective working relationships with the Judge, employees and members of the public.
